Dombivli: August 23, 2026: The ‘Udayantu Project’ was formally inaugurated today with enthusiasm, aiming to provide comprehensive preparation for upcoming scholarship examinations. Under this six-month initiative, participating students will receive specialized online training in Key subjects, including Intelligence, Mathematics, Marathi, and English.

The launch event commenced at 8:00 AM with a physical Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) entrance test, drawing enthusiastic participation from nearly 70 students. Following the examination, an evaluation team processed the answer sheets, after which a panel of 12 Rotarians conducted individual interviews with all participants.

Based on performance in the entrance test, interviews, and overall evaluation, 40 students were selected for the project. All selected candidates received complete study materials free of cost.
The official inauguration and felicitation ceremony took place at 11:00 AM, with Rtn. Dr. Anuja Palsuledesai attending as the Chief Guest. During the ceremony, eight students who successfully cleared the scholarship examination in the previous year were specially honored for their academic achievements.
The event saw active involvement from nearly 30 Rotarians who managed logistics, candidate evaluations, and event coordination. Project Director Rtn. Vishal Saruk, Chair Rtn. Joseph Goshi, and Project Guide Rtn. Shilpa Kothavade were commended for leading the project’s execution.
Addressing the gathering, Chief Guest Rtn. Dr. Anuja committed to organizing physical mock tests at her college once the students complete the six-month syllabus, offering participants practical exam experience. Additionally, Hon. Secretary Rtn. Subodh Patwardhan provided diaries to the candidates, while Rtn. Shantanu Puranik sponsored notebooks and pens for all 70 participating students.

The Udayantu Project team expressed confidence that the structured coaching and mentorship will significantly boost student performance in the upcoming competitive scholarship exams.
