Dubai, UAE — After a blockbuster sell-out, the King is back in Dubai real estate.
Danube Properties has announced Shahrukhz Residences by Danube, its second collaboration with superstar Shah Rukh Khan and Chairman Rizwan Sajan. Following the launch-day sell-out of the commercial tower Shahrukhz by Danube, the new project brings the franchise to waterfront living.
Billed as the world’s first celebrity-named residential tower, Shahrukhz Residences will rise in Dubai Maritime City as a fully-furnished address with uninterrupted views of the Arabian Sea and the Dubai skyline. Prices start at AED 1.65 million, with a buyer-friendly 30% during construction and 70% on handover payment plan.

The Gauri Khan Touch
In a move that makes the project even more personal, celebrated interior designer Gauri Khan has been brought on board to design the exclusive penthouses — bringing her signature modern-luxe aesthetic to the top of the tower.
More Than a Home, A King-Size Lifestyle
The tower is loaded with 40+ resort-style amenities curated around wellness, play, and entertainment:
Longevity Lounge – a first-of-its-kind wellness club with cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red-light therapy bed and infrared sauna
Aqua-themed play zones, sports courts, kids’ daycare, cycling and jogging tracks
An exclusive King’s Club on the rooftop
Private yacht access for residents
“I’m delighted to partner with Rizwan again for Shahrukhz Residences. The idea is to create a home that allows my fans to experience a similar lifestyle as mine. Having Gauri by my side in this project makes it even more special,” said Shah Rukh Khan.

“Shahrukhz Residences by Danube is a vision to create an address that people will aspire to own and remember for generations. After the phenomenal response to Shahrukhz by Danube, our customers asked us to bring this experience to residential living, and we listened,” said Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group.
Founded in 1993, Danube Group pioneered the famed 1% payment plan in the UAE and has become known for delivering fully-furnished homes with luxury amenities on time.
With SRK’s global star power, Gauri Khan’s design, and Danube’s track record, Shahrukhz Residences is being positioned as Dubai’s next iconic celebrity-inspired address.
